This is your chance to join a team that keeps our IT environment running smoothly behind the scenes. In this full-time role, you’ll be part of our IT Governance Operations, helping ensure processes are properly documented, secure, and capitalized.

In Short

• Managing the IT internal onboarding sessions of new joiners.
• Owning the documentation process for onboarding and offboarding external employees.
• Ensuring good time booking rate and accurate data for capitalization.
• Designing and processing surveys for all-IT.
• Organizing IT communication meetings and events.

Requirements

• Reliable and takes full ownership of work.
• Works independently and remains focused without supervision.
• Proactive, structured, and confident interacting with senior leadership.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence, and Jira.
