Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to provide essential administrative support to our IT Compliance & Governance Manager, ensuring that our systems and processes adhere to regulatory standards while providing general IT support to our teams across Laminar.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in various operating systems: Windows, macOS, Linux.
  • Knowledge of IT support software applications.
  • Clear and effective communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to take initiative and assist team members.
  • Basic understanding of IT principles.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools like JIRA.
  • Knowledge of cloud providers such as AWS and Azure.
  • Leadership potential demonstrated through previous roles.
  • Familiarity with industry standards related to IT compliance.
