In Short

• Act as first point of contact for all inbound legal and compliance queries.
• Manage commercial contracts including service agreements and NDAs.
• Collaborate with commercial team on RFIs/RFPs and vendor data security.
• Assist in incident and breach investigations for Privacy and InfoSec.
• Prepare and submit public regulatory filings and maintain records.
• Manage risk assessments and compliance audits.
• Coordinate internal and external audit and data requests.
• Support document retention policies and legal hold processes.
• Maintain corporate records and assist in drafting meeting minutes.
• Assist with tracking regulatory deadlines and policy updates.

Requirements

• Paralegal or legal/compliance experience in healthcare or regulated industry.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Document management and administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, especially Sheets and Slides.
• Ability to multitask and manage varied workloads.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Appreciation for processes and regulatory requirements.
