Overview

The Contracts Administrator is responsible for the review and negotiation of contracts to achieve business objectives while mitigating risk to the company. This role involves managing the lifecycle of contracts and ensuring compliance with company standards.

In Short

  • Review and negotiate contracts to meet business objectives.
  • Provide risk management consultation on contracts.
  • Act as a mediator for contractual matters.
  • Ensure timely review and approval of contracts.
  • Advise management on contractual rights and obligations.
  • Work with external resources to ensure compliance.
  • Develop solutions for contract-related issues.
  • Document internal policies to mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services on client obligations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in legal and/or contracts.
  • Experience with Federal and State contracts.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with contracts database and Salesforce.com is a plus.
  • Proven negotiation and time management skills.
  • Customer service driven with attention to detail.
