Overview

Chartbeat is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth management of contracts, maintaining accurate billing processes as a liaison between sales and finance, and having the ability to work directly with our customers' accounting departments.

In Short

  • Assist in the drafting and renewal of sales contracts.
  • Review, organize, and manage customer contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain contract records.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce records.
  • Generate reports to support contract and billing processes.
  • Work closely with the Finance team for accurate invoicing.
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation.
  • Engage with customers' accounting departments.
  • Liaise with Accounting and Sales teams.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management or billing support.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
