Overview

SupplyHouse.com (through an EOR) is looking for a Benefits & Compliance Administrator based in India to join our Human Resources department! In this role, you will support our benefits and compliance functions by responding to employee inquiries about company benefit programs, initiating employee leave conversations, processing paperwork, and maintaining and organizing department files. This individual will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, supporting international employees, and enhancing our benefits processes through collaboration and continuous improvement. In Short

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding company benefit programs and policies
  • Support administrative activities related to group benefit plans
  • Assist with employee leave programs and maintain accurate records
  • Manage the Employer of Record (EOR) vendor relationship
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Organize and maintain human resources files

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in benefits and/or compliance role
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
