Director, Identity Governance & Administration - Remote

Overview

Experian is looking for a strategic Director, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to join their Global Security Office, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of IGA technologies and ensuring secure management of identity and access across the organization.

In Short

• Define and lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of IGA capabilities.
• Act as the primary product owner for IGA solutions across the organization.
• Lead an IGA team, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Oversee selection, implementation, and optimization of IGA technologies.
• Integrate automation and AI to enhance operational efficiency.
• Establish and enforce access control policies and governance frameworks.
• Monitor and improve program effectiveness through measurements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).

Requirements

• 8+ years in Identity and Access Management, with 5+ years leading IGA programs.
• Experience in product ownership or management of security technologies.
• Background in developing IGA strategies in large enterprises.
• Hands-on expertise with platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, or One Identity.
• Knowledge of access control principles and compliance standards.
• Mentorship experience and ability to present technical topics.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA; Bachelor's in IT or Cybersecurity.
