Overview

The Onboarding Manager for the Belgian marketplace will drive partner success and contribute to the growth of the e-commerce platform through technical onboarding and support.

In Short

• Guide partners through the technical onboarding process.
• Support and train partners in account setup and product uploads.
• Monitor technical flow for product visibility and order processing.
• Act as primary contact for technical questions during onboarding.
• Link between partners and internal teams like Acquisition and IT.
• Contribute to onboarding and customer support process improvements.

Requirements

• Degree or training in business, IT systems, or e-commerce.
• Experience in onboarding, customer support, technical support, or IT consulting.
• Familiarity with the e-commerce environment and fast-paced work.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
