• Partner with customers from contract assignment through their onboarding experience.
• Act as a trusted collaborator with customers to prepare for ideal integration outcomes.
• Collaborate internally to manage customer onboarding and success plans.
• Maintain internal documentation related to customers and processes.
• Create onboarding collateral for the learning management system.
• Keep up to date with product enhancements.
• Monitor industry trends affecting customers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of deep EHR integration and workflow knowledge.
• Functional understanding of data formats like HL7v2, XML, X12, APIs.
• Understanding of various healthcare workflows.
• Demonstrated experience in expanding customers and building franchises.
