The Redox Senior Solutions Engineer is a technical, pre-sales product expert responsible for mapping the path to success for prospective customers in healthcare data exchange.

• Act as a technical partner and adviser for prospective Redox customers.
• Design integration strategies for various healthcare use cases.
• Build trusting relationships with prospective customers.
• Understand healthcare software integration capabilities.

• Facilitate handoff to Customer Success team.
• Communicate and document product feedback.
• Assist in maintaining technical product documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology.
• 5+ years of EHR integration and workflow knowledge.
• 3+ years of experience with Payer and/or Healthcare organizations.
• Understanding of data standards like HL7v2, CDA, X12, FHIR.
• Experience in selling software solutions in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Curious, cooperative, and eager to act.
