Senior Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to own Sully.ai’s most strategic technical integrations with healthcare customers. You will serve as the technical quarterback post-sale—leading onboarding, adoption, and long-term expansion—while building the systems, processes, and playbooks that don’t yet exist.

In Short

• Lead onboarding, adoption, and expansion across enterprise healthcare accounts.
• Translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable technical solutions and integrations.
• Own high-touch customer relationships while building repeatable delivery playbooks.
• Design onboarding, training, and renewal systems from scratch.
• Partner with Product & Engineering to remove integration blockers and shape the roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or post-sale technical ownership for complex B2B SaaS ($100K–$1M+ ACV).
• Hands-on technical experience with APIs, integrations, and scripting.
• Proven ability to operate independently in 0→1, ambiguous environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Track record building scalable post-sale processes, tooling, and KPIs.
