As the Sales Training & Enablement Manager at Redox, you will be instrumental in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the go-to-market teams, ensuring they are well-equipped for success in the sales cycle.

In Short

  • Design and lead comprehensive onboarding for new sales team members.
  • Develop and deliver impactful training programs focused on product knowledge and sales processes.
  • Facilitate live training sessions and role-plays for ongoing learning.
  • Track onboarding progress and assess training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with market needs.
  • Produce high-quality enablement content such as playbooks and guides.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to measure impact and iterate on programs.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong preference for experience in SaaS or healthcare tech.
  • Excellent communication skills required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales enablement, training, or sales operations.
  • Hands-on experience in building onboarding programs and training processes.
  • Ability to create high-quality training materials.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset for continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
