Overview

As a People Development Generalist at Redox, you will play a crucial role in the People team, focusing on strategic program management and hands-on execution to enhance employee relations and performance management.

In Short

• Handle first-level employee relations cases and workplace investigations.
• Own and enhance the performance management program.
• Manage internal knowledge base content in Confluence.
• Analyze employee survey data for actionable insights.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with People Operations and Talent Acquisition.
• Support compliance with HR policies and documentation.
• Assist with organizational changes and transitions.
• Work on additional projects as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR/People Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proven project management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with HR systems and tools (Culture Amp and Paylocity preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
