• Run day-to-day operations in People Ops
• Address employee HR questions with empathy
• Own onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Continuously improve People processes & policies
• Design and execute engagement surveys
• Design and execute performance cycles
• 3-6 years of experience in people operations
• Strong understanding of HR topics
• Baseline data analytics skills
• Demonstrated interest in crypto & fintech
