Overview

As the Onsite Search & Recommendation Manager for Italy and France at Redcare, you will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing the search and recommendation features in our online shops for these markets, aiming to help customers easily find the products and information they need.

In Short

• Part-time role with 28 hours per week
• Monitor and enhance performance of search and recommendation widgets
• Lead and evaluate A/B tests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends in Italy and France

• Experience in e-commerce or product management preferred

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce management
• Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude
• Excellent communication skills in English, Italian, and/or French
• Insights into Italian/French markets in health/personal care sectors
• Experience with search and recommendation management tools is a plus
