Part-Time Communications Manager, DACH Region - Remote

Overview

Lime is the world's largest shared electric vehicle company, on a mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable, and carbon-free. We are hiring a part-time Communications Manager for the DACH region to execute integrated communications strategies and drive media relations activities.

In Short

• Part-time role (up to 25 hours/week) for 12 months, with potential for extension.
• Drive communications strategy to support business and regulatory objectives in DACH.
• Engage with local and regional media to shape stories and manage inquiries.
• Produce communications materials including press releases and fact sheets.
• Work closely with local public relations firms and government relations teams.
• Generate creative ideas for positive media coverage.
• Provide strategic consulting to local leaders on media perceptions.
• Localize corporate initiatives for regional relevance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in communications, media relations, or public affairs.
• Established media relationships with local and national outlets.
• Strong understanding of public policy issues related to Lime’s products.
• High-energy and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for sustainable urban transportation.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Fluency in German and English required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
