Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX/digital product design.

• Experience in large, matrixed organizations is a plus.
• Strong visual, verbal, and written storytelling skills.
• Ability to balance short-term and long-term thinking.
• Experience managing stakeholders through the design process.
• Ability to coach and guide high-performing teams.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Experience with design critiques and maintaining quality standards.
