Overview

As a Senior Manager, Product Design & UX, you will define and evolve the design vision for the Workleap platform, a tech HR solution that simplifies the employee experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience in a B2B SaaS organization.
• Proven ability to guide teams towards impactful, user-centered solutions.
• Deep expertise in product design execution from strategy to delivery.
• Strong business acumen and experience aligning design strategy with business goals.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing and scaling high-performing design teams.
• Strategic mindset with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Degree in design, HCI, ergonomics, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in HR Tech is a plus.
