Overview

We are looking for a Head of Partner Growth to lead and scale Ramp’s partner growth engine, responsible for setting strategy and driving execution across various partnerships.

In Short

  • Set and execute partner growth strategy across accounting firms, technology alliances, and financial institutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of 5–7 growth marketers.
  • Build and scale co-marketing and joint go-to-market programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships to prioritize partners and develop joint business plans.
  • Define and own KPIs for partner-sourced SQLs and revenue.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the partner ecosystem and solve for execution gaps.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in growth, partnerships, or B2B marketing, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role.
  • Growth mindset and ability to think outside the box.
  • Proven ability to deliver against revenue targets in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong business judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success in building partner-led growth strategies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Sales and Product.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
