Overview

The Customer Activation Manager at Ramp is responsible for delivering value to customers and driving revenue by implementing Ramp’s products for newly closed clients. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in implementation, activation, or customer success in B2B.
  • Experience managing strategic enterprise customer relationships.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work with technical teams to share feedback.
  • Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and position solutions.
  • High adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
