Overview

This role involves building and scaling a high-performing Global Systems Integrator (GSI) channel to accelerate revenue through new logo acquisition and co-sell execution.

  • Engage Tier 1 and Tier 2 target GSIs based on strategic potential.
  • Build customized acquisition plans with stakeholder maps and business case development.
  • Manage multi-functional relationships with GSI leadership and alliance managers.
  • Align Ramp value with GSI go-to-market and service offerings.
  • Lead the creation and launch of GTM plans and co-branded enablement.
  • Drive GSI-sourced SQLs and closed-won revenue.
  • Collaborate with sales ops for forecasting and pipeline tracking.
  • Establish partner training and incentive frameworks.
  • Communicate insights to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in partnerships or business development.
  • Proven ability to build GTM plans and drive pipeline.
  • Deep understanding of services partner models and co-sell strategies.
  • Comfort with CRM/PRM tools and pipeline reporting.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
