We’re growing fast and looking for a Business Development Manager to help us source and activate new agency partnerships in key markets across the country.

In Short

  • Identify and qualify top partners.
  • Drive engagement at the top of the funnel.
  • Create in-person touchpoints through travel.

Requirements

  • Comfortable traveling 3–4 days per week (~65% travel).
  • 3+ years in commercial insurance sales or partnerships.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Experience with independent agents in niche markets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
