Overview

Rad AI is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead software implementation projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, contributing to the transformation of healthcare with AI.

In Short

• Lead the deployment of Rad AI’s products to radiology practices and health systems.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and communications with stakeholders.
• Plan, monitor, and manage complex customer-facing projects independently.
• Define tailored project plans for each customer’s unique needs.
• Implement issue resolution and mitigation strategies.
• Gather requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Build partnerships with customer counterparts.
• Ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time.
• Perform risk management and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management or implementation management experience in healthcare.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Practical knowledge of SaaS solutions and technical concepts.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
