Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design.
• Proven ability to lead complex design projects.
• Strong background in designing for B2B SaaS or enterprise applications.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.
• Experience designing for technical users like radiologists.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and design prototyping tools.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
