Overview

The Account Manager at Quest Analytics is responsible for improving healthcare access by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring successful service delivery, and supporting business development projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 years of Account Management experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with large strategic health insurance payers.
  • 3+ years in Account Management in Health Insurance or Healthcare Software.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze information and solve complex issues.
  • Effective communication with business and technical teams.
  • Hands-on use of Quest Analytics Product Suite.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to travel up to 10%.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
