Overview

As a Network Analytics Manager at Quest Analytics, you will provide analytical support to enhance healthcare access by managing and mastering healthcare provider data.

In Short

• Provide analytical support to the Provider Content team.
• Focus on data quality and governance rules.
• Mentor Data Analysts and provide training on data analysis techniques.
• Participate in sales and consulting calls to understand client needs.
• Assess potential data and analytic vendors for partnerships.
• Pilot new metrics to enhance Quest products.
• Work with Business Intelligence Analysts to deliver strong visuals.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analysis.
• Experience with healthcare data and data visualization software.
• Strong understanding of healthcare analytics and data management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data analysis, focusing on healthcare data.
• Proficient in SQL, R, or Python programming.
• Experience with large public datasets.
• Knowledge of managed care concepts and healthcare claims data.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate technical concepts.
• Experience with data pre-processing techniques.
• Bonus: experience with Medicare Special Needs Plan and ACO programs.
