Analytics Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Analytics Manager, your mandate is to create a next generation analytics platform. This role will impact One’s vision by enabling the company to monitor and analyze business leading to sustainable and disciplined business outcomes.

In Short

• Develop and maintain analytical environment including data marts.
• Build data solutions including pipelines, dashboards, and ad hoc data pulls.
• Set the vision for analytics use across the enterprise.
• Lead and develop a team of analytics engineers.
• Work closely with Data Engineering, Product Analytics, and Data Science teams.
• Evangelize a data-driven philosophy for decision making.
• Additional duties as assigned by your manager.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience; 3+ years in consumer financial companies preferred.
• Act-like-an-owner mentality.
• Experience with modern data stack (Databricks, DBT, Monte Carlo).
• Experience in owning analytical environments.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally to identify data needs.
