The HR Analytics Manager is responsible for leveraging data and analytics to optimize HR processes, improve employee experience, and drive organizational performance. This role involves leading the HR analytics function, interpreting complex data, providing actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that support business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least three years of experience in HR Analytics or HRIS.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Experience with MS Office, Workday, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience in data visualization and storytelling.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and trends.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics and KPIs.
• Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Exceptional organizational skills and sense of urgency.
