Senior Program Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Program Manager in our San Diego office, you will lead a team of project and program managers and ensure that your direct reports are driving successful execution of their programs.

In Short

• Lead a team of 4-7 PMO staff.
• Accountable for program performance of team.
• Foster team & group collaboration and high technical performance.
• Mentor, motivate, and develop direct reports’ programmatic and people leadership skills.
• Manage 1 to 2 programs from concept to completion.
• Work closely with resource managers and team leads to allocate resources efficiently.
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support Quartus strategic planning activities.

Requirements

• BS in engineering or other STEM related field.
• 15 years’ experience.
• Experience with sensor payload system development.
• Must be a US Person (US Citizen or US Permanent Resident).
