• Support sales teams through defined client engagements.
• Influence time to close and increase average deal size.
• Act as an expert advisor for Enterprise customers.
• Engage in cross-functional initiatives including product marketing.

• Serve as a strategic partner to the sales team.

Requirements

• Experience with enterprise teams in CX, EX, or MR functions.
• Consulting experience in Experience Management Programs.
• Knowledge of survey design and data analysis.
• Understanding of industry trends.
• College degree in a related field; graduate degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts persuasively.
