The Customer Success Team is at the heart of Qualtrics, assisting customers throughout their lifecycle to unlock the most value from our products and services.

In Short

  • Work with clients to understand their programs and objectives.
  • Leverage technical expertise to build programs that drive adoption.
  • Contribute to the long-term success of customers’ programs.
  • Enhance software platform knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Develop critical customer relationship and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Services teams for meaningful client relationships.
  • Become a platform expert for strategic capabilities.
  • Maximize value for customers by ensuring they have necessary tools.
  • Prepare content that educates users on platform utilization.
  • Drive adoption of key platform features through demos and proof of concepts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a competitive university.
  • 2-3 years experience in a technical, consulting, or client-facing role.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with customers in all phases of their adoption journey.
  • Detail-oriented with prioritization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with software and front-end development.
