In Short

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through best practices and system utilization.
  • Monitor and manage customer support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Conduct training sessions to help customers navigate and optimize our platform.
  • Analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations that drive operational improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, creating clear and helpful documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with implementation, product, and account management teams to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, supply chain, or SaaS technology.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to adapt to new technology.
  • A proactive and customer-first mindset, with a strong focus on building lasting relationships.
