In the role of Customer Success Associate, you will manage the post-sales journey of a selected customer group, ensuring product understanding and loyalty while collaborating with various teams.

Requirements

• Strong written and oral knowledge of German and English (B2+, C1, C2 level).
• 1-3 years of experience in customer success management or account management.

• Independent working style with high problem-solving orientation.
