Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be a key member of the Customer Success team, driving growth and expanding customer relationships at Qualio, a company focused on empowering life science teams.

In Short

  • Drive a high volume of sales while educating customers on how Qualio can help them succeed.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers with a focus on upselling.
  • Develop consultative sales presentations to demonstrate our value proposition.
  • Identify and navigate customer buying processes within organizations.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and visibility on sales performance.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, On-boarding, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in SaaS.
  • Background of attaining $1.25M in annual bookings.
  • Experience with consultative sales methodologies.
  • Proven sales success selling to C-Level in SMB and mid-market businesses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects with high attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and growing in this space.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and other sales platforms is a plus.
