Overview

We are seeking an Application Support Specialist to join our Redzone team in the United Kingdom. This role is fully remote and focuses on providing support to customers in the automation of factories, particularly in the Food and Beverage and Packaging sectors.

In Short

  • Fully remote role located in Mexico.
  • Provide customer-centric support for technical issues.
  • Timely troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
  • Interact with end-users via Google Meet, email, or chat.
  • Manage and record technical issues using Intercom.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution.
  • Monitor health of customer environments proactively.
  • Analyze records and logs for underlying trends.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team on new technologies.
  • Celebrate team-based goals for SLA and CSAT metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Application Support, Technical Support, and BI Support.
  • Expert user in iOS.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
  • Clear communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
