The Application Support Specialist will provide support and training to end-users, manage user accounts, and ensure smooth operation of learning management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of IT-relevant professional experience.
• Experience with web content management and learning management systems.
• Proficient in MS Office and IT terminology.
• Experience in a Call Centre, Service Centre, or Help Desk.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Working knowledge of English (B2 or higher).
