Overview

The Application Support Specialist at Redzone will focus on providing exceptional support to customers in the manufacturing sector, particularly in automation and the Food and Beverage industry.

In Short

  • Fully remote role based in the UK.
  • Provide customer-centric support for technical issues.
  • Manage and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
  • Interact with users via Google Meet, email, or chat.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions using Intercom.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple customer issues simultaneously.
  • Analyze logs to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to stay updated on technology.
  • Celebrate team goals for SLA and CSAT metrics.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Application Support or Technical Support.
  • Expertise in iOS.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes is advantageous.
  • Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Database knowledge, particularly with SQL and ODBC connections.
  • Familiarity with AWS and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Help Desk systems like Intercom.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
