Operational Excellence Manager, Industrial - Remote

Overview

The Operational Excellence Manager is responsible for coaching customers in the implementation and utilization of Redzone software to drive improvements in non-food manufacturing applications.

In Short

• Provide expert coaching to customers on Redzone software.
• Focus on non-food manufacturing applications.
• Travel required up to 42 weeks annually throughout the USA.
• Facilitate training on workflows and performance tracking.
• Lead kaizen activities and manage project schedules.
• Support customer identification of next steps in their Redzone journey.
• May coach non-general manufacturing as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams for program improvements.
• Deliver success assessments upon project completion.
• Troubleshoot customer issues as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in roles like Operations Manager or Production Supervisor.
• Understanding of WIP management and process quality assurance.
• Ability to identify process waste and flow inhibitors.
• Knowledge of batch flow and single piece flow reduction.
• Experience with Overall Equipment Effectiveness metrics.
• Ability to execute value stream mapping activities.
• Familiarity with Redzone software is preferred.
• PLC experience is desired but not required.
• BA or BS in relevant fields preferred.
• 2 years in a similar coaching position.
