Operational Excellence Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Program Manager to lead, coordinate, and drive execution of internal improvement initiatives across our global delivery organization.

In Short

• Own and drive cross-functional internal programs that enhance delivery efficiency.
• Define project scopes, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
• Partner with global delivery leadership and functional teams.
• Identify and lead initiatives to standardize and optimize delivery practices.
• Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Create clear status updates and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Proactively seek opportunities for internal operations improvement.
• Report to the Vietnam Head of Delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles and agile methodologies.
• Proven track record managing multiple cross-functional projects.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
