In Short

• Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support to end users via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot technical and user-facing issues.
• Manage day-to-day ticket workflows and monitor SLA response times.
• Analyze support trends for process and product enhancements.
• Create and maintain support documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve client-reported issues.
• Maintain a strong understanding of VideaHealth products.
• Support the Customer Success team on technical deliverables.

Requirements

• 2+ years of SaaS technical support experience.
• Exceptional customer support skills and ability to resolve complex issues.
• Strong documentation, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Analytical and methodical problem solver.
• Quick learner with effective communication skills.
• Experience in the dental field is a plus.
• Experience troubleshooting cloud-based applications.
• Proficiency with CRM and ticketing tools.
