The Implementation Payroll Engineer aids with and facilitates all things payroll for clients, ensuring a smooth transition and onboarding process.

• Lead client transitions to the PuzzleHR product suite.
• Act as the primary client contact during implementation.
• Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the PuzzleHR product suite.
• Consult clients on best practices for implementation.
• Test client data and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain project status and update stakeholders.
• Conduct training sessions for new users.

• Identify enhancements for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in payroll, benefits, and project management.
• Client payroll onboarding experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
