Implementation Engineer - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Engineer at Roboflow, you will partner closely with our sales and solutions architect team to drive new customer wins and ensure the successful deployment of computer vision solutions.

In Short

• Support and manage project delivery of customized solutions.
• Provide post-deployment support including troubleshooting and educating customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Architect teams.
• Create technical content to demonstrate best practices.
• Develop implementation strategies and build roadmaps for customers.
• Analyze image data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Test and validate new product features.
• Contribute to a repository of reusable artifacts.
• Improve processes and documentation for customer experience.
• Assist with customer onboarding and support efforts.

Requirements

• Strong customer-facing instincts.
• Technical experience in field roles with enterprise customers.
• Experience with Python and machine learning development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with data processing and computer vision frameworks.
• Diligent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Proven project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of APIs.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.
