Overview

As a Technical Product Recruiter at Roboflow, you will own full-cycle recruiting for our Product, Engineering, Design, and Research teams, ensuring we build a team that ships fast and cares deeply about users.

• Own recruiting for product, design, and research roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and interview processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally focused on product, design, or technical roles.
• Strong understanding of product development and design workflows.
• Exceptional sourcing skills and creativity in finding talent.
• Excellent storytelling and candidate engagement skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with a bias for action.
• Collaborative and able to influence across teams.
