Overview

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us build RegScale’s next generation of technical talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants to own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.

In Short

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (engineering, product, design, etc.).
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates through creative channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, social, events, referrals).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and candidate profiles.
  • Manage the candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance, ensuring transparency and momentum at every stage.
  • Maintain data integrity in Greenhouse and deliver regular pipeline reporting.
  • Collaborate with the broader team on employer branding, referral programs, and interview best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with preference for candidates who have focused on technical roles in a SaaS startup environment or an agency supporting growth SaaS customers.
  • Proven ability to source and close candidates in competitive markets.
  • Comfort recruiting across multiple technical stacks and disciplines.
  • Excellent LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills — you know how to sell the mission and opportunity.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred).
  • High sense of urgency, ownership, and adaptability.
