Overview

TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join its dynamic Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across various departments to support the company’s expanding operations.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting preferred.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and ATS systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
• Proven ability to attract top technical talent.
