Implementation Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and direction for the installation of Fusion’s products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective project management.

In Short

• Provide real-time support to Field Engineers, Customers, and Partners.
• Support Project Managers with technical consultations.
• Participate in project calls for service configuration and planning.
• Responsible for configuration and diagnostics of various products.
• Assist with diagnostics for a range of access products.
• Partner with Engineering to design and test solutions.
• Requires knowledge of VoIP, SD-WAN, and Managed Security.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary.
• Flexible availability to cover various shifts.
• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Ability to understand complex network designs.
• Ability to run scripts in a Unix environment.
