Overview

The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Channel Sales – East is responsible for driving partner revenue growth and executing Fusion Connect’s channel strategy across the Eastern U.S.

In Short

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Channel Managers.
  • Own regional revenue targets and pipeline development.
  • Support and grow partner relationships across the region.
  • Execute on national TSD and Strategic Partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage regional KPIs.
  • Foster a strong team culture focused on collaboration.
  • Serve as the executive sponsor for key partners.
  • Deep experience in partner-led sales required.
  • Ability to travel within the East Region as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Requirements

  • Eight or more years of experience in Channel Sales.
  • At least 3 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Strong background in managing partner-led revenue.
  • Proven ability to lead sales teams in a quota-driven environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the TSD and strategic partner landscape.
  • Experience activating programs at a regional level.
