Overview

Harbor is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join our Legal Technology + Operations practice. The Implementation Engineer ensures client satisfaction through successful installation of Intapp solutions that will improve the client’s business efficiency and functionality. The Engineer applies advanced knowledge and experience to ensure client satisfaction by participating in complex projects and takes an active role, modeling best practices as an expert in the field.

In Short

• Assesses client needs and installs industry-standard legal/accounting systems.
• Provides leadership to all team members.
• Has advanced expertise with deployment methodologies.
• Acts as escalation point for complex situations.
• Highly proficient with products and features.
• Performs upgrades to production systems as needed.
• Migrates on-premises solutions to the Cloud.
• Writes reports using SQL and cloud-based reporting solutions.
• Responsible for end-to-end implementation of software products.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge through workshops and publications.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing software implementation.
• Experience writing Microsoft SQL Server queries.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft SQL scripting language.
• Competent in problem solving, customer focus, communication, and collaboration.
