Overview

The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes for all clients, administering HR functions and supporting HR Project Managers and Operations Managers.

In Short

  • Interview clients and draft Handbooks.
  • Perform customer service functions for clients and employees.
  • Complete job descriptions and compensation analysis.
  • Conduct I-9 audits and maintain I-9 files.
  • Reconcile benefits statements.
  • Assist with payroll audits.
  • Track candidates in HRIS and manage recruitment correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings and interviews.
  • Perform clerical functions as needed.
  • Assist with client and employee correspondence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • At least two years of related experience.
  • SHRM-CP credential preferred.
  • Payroll and benefits experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
