FitLab is seeking a dynamic Human Resource Coordinator to join their team as they embark on an exciting phase of growth, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

In Short

• Post job ads and assist with screening candidates.
• Coordinate schedules and arrange interviews.
• Assist with the onboarding process including background checks.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR concerns.
• Assist with administering employee benefits programs.
• Support training program administration and compliance.
• Support payroll and financial data entry.
• Prepare reports and maintain employee files.
• Handle other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Paylocity HRIS experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
